Christmas Eve - open until 4PM
Whole site closed between 25th of December - 5th of January
The Estate will be closed over the Christmas Holidays, reopening from Tuesday 6th of January 2026
Reopen as normal from Tuesday 6th of January:10AM - 4PM
Tuesday to Sunday (Closed Mondays)
Free parking at Claudius Way (NN8 2DH) and free access to the whole site.
The Farmhouse Cafe & The Museum will also be open from Tuesday 6th of January:
Afternoon Teas can be booked from Wednesday 14th of January (min 48 hour pre-book required)Sunday Lunches can be booked from Sunday 18th of January (min 72 hour pre-book required)
The Chester House Estate is FREE to enter and FREE to park, no pre-booking is required for the parking or admission.
Our events do require pre booking and entry fees vary based on event.
THE ESTATE WILL OPEN ON MONDAY'S DURING NORTHAMPTONSHIRE SCHOOL HOLIDAY'S AND UK BANK HOLIDAYS.
