Congratulations Holly, our Events Apprentice

A huge congratulations to Holly, our Events Apprentice, for completing her apprenticeship at the Estate.

Holly, 18, started at the Estate as a Visitor Experience Assistant in 2022, and approached the team to see if she could support in the events department. The team quickly saw Holly’s potential as a hard worker and suggested an apprenticeship to help her learn new skills and support the team. From here, Holly started her apprenticeship, where she worked closely with the Commercial team to plan, organise and deliver high level successful events.

Holly played a key role undertaking tasks including contacting suppliers, helping to organise the logistics of our public events, and creating posters and advertising materials. She was tasked with the job of finding all the suppliers for our Kids Summer Festival, including bouncy castle companies, face painters, authors and performers.
