Our elves will be there every step of the way, leading you through each delightful station with their merry spirit and magical powers.
🤶Hot Chocolate Station: Head into Mrs Christmas’s kitchen to create your very own hot chocolate treat to take home with you to enjoy on Christmas morning.
✂️Christmas Card Making: Continue the magical journey by crafting your very own Christmas card in the North Pole post office, filled with warm wishes and creativity.
🦌 Reindeer Food Making: Prepare a special snack for Santa's trusty reindeer. It's a crucial part of their long journey!
🎅Visit Father Christmas's Grotto: After completing the activities, it's time to meet the man himself - Father Christmas! Share your wishes, receive a warm welcome, and capture the moment with a memorable photo.
🎁Present Room: The magic continues as you enter our bespoke present room. Children get to choose their very own toy to take home - a delightful surprise to complete this unforgettable experience.

Your time slot is the time that you must be at the grotto ready to go in, the experience can last up to 40 minutes including all the festive activities. It is vital that you be on time to your slot, or we cannot guarantee to get you in to the event.
