For the second year, we are releasing SEND tickets for our Father Christmas Magic experience!

From 20th December - 23rd December 2023, we are adapting our grotto experience to suit the needs of individuals with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities, by adapting lights, sounds and both.

Our SEND slots are: 

Wednesday 20th December 2023:

• • 5pm: Adapt lighting - less sparkling lights, brighter main lights
  • 5.30pm: Adapt sound - Christmas music off
  • 6pm: Both - music off and sparkly lights off
  • 6.30pm: Both - music off and sparkly lights off

Thursday 21st December 2023: 

• 5pm: Adapt lighting - less sparkling lights, brighter main lights
• 5.30pm: Adapt sound - Christmas music off
• 6pm: Both - music off and sparkly lights off
• 6.30pm: Both - music off and sparkly lights off

Friday 22nd December 2023:

• 5pm: Adapt lighting - less sparkling lights, brighter main lights
• 5.30pm: Adapt sound - Christmas music off
• 6pm: Both - music off and sparkly lights off
• 6.30pm: Both - music off and sparkly lights off

Saturday 23rd December 2023: 

•  5pm: Adapt lighting - less sparkling lights, brighter main lights
• 5.30pm: Adapt sound - Christmas music off
• 6pm: Both - music off and sparkly lights off
• 6.30pm: Both - music off and sparkly lights off

Ticket Information:

- Child Ticket:  £20.00 per child.

- Accompanying Adults: FREE (Please note, accompanying adults do not receive a gift). Please note only 2 accompanying adults per child are permitted to access the grotto due to capacity.

There is no age resriction
