Join the elves this Christmas as they take you on a festive journey to discover the Greatest Gift in the World …
For nearly a thousand years, elves have seen the finest presents to have ever been created in the North Pole. But what could the greatest gift be? A precious jewel, an amazing invention, or a magical toy crafted by Santa Claus himself? When a special group of children are invited to explore Santa’s Workshop, they discover his wonderful Toy Hall of Fame, with fantastic toys from yesteryear that will delight parents and children alike. They will pass by a poster display that shows them the “Science of Santa” and how he can does all the magical things he does. But the moment they eventually find that most special gift – is when they are rewarded with a surprise beyond their wildest dreams.

Experience highlights:
o Grotto is a 15 minute story with a bespoke musical soundtrack.
o Fantastical themed Toy Hall of Fame display, full of fun and nostalgia.
o All of Christmas’s favourite characters such as Christmas Fairy, Nutcracker Soldier, and adorable ‘muppet’ elves.
o One on one meet and greet with Father Christmas.
o Numerous photo opportunities with cast and festive scenery.
o Freedom for parents to take photos. Trained staff on hand to assist.
We are expecting to sell out as this experience has previously sold out in the past, please ensure that you book your time slot in advance. Tickets for children are required to help us manage capacity, adults are free and do not need a ticket, however a maximum of two adults can accompany each children’s ticket.
This is a group experience, but each child will get individual time to talk with Father Christmas.
A maximum of two adult can accompany any one paying child due to event capacity.
We will be running the event on each weekend leading up to Christmas beginning on the 26th November 2022. We will also be running the event in the week leading up to Christmas starting from the 19th December.
